  • 800 meter Run

Scaling

Beginners

  • 100 Single Unders
  • 600m Run

Intermediate

  • 120 Double Unders
  • 700m Run

No equipment

No Equipment? No Problem

  • 3 Rounds for time:
  • 150 High Knees
  • 800m run or 4 minutes of high knees in place

Warmup

  • 400m light jog
  • 10 leg swings (each leg)
  • 10 inchworms
  • 10 air squats

Cooldown

  • 400m walk to cool down
  • Stretch calves
  • Stretch hamstrings
  • Stretch quads
