We’re putting a twist on the classic today! Descending rep scheme with Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, Hand Release Push-Ups, and Box Jumps. It’s a burner, but you got this!

The workout of the day consists of:

  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95 lb / 45 lb) - 43 kg / 20 kg
  • Hand Release Push-Up
  • Box Jumps (24 in / 20 in) - 61 cm / 51 cm

Scaling

Beginner

  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull (65 lb / 30 kg)
  • Hand Release Push-Up (on knees)
  • Step-Ups instead of Box Jumps

Intermediate

  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75 lb / 34 kg)
  • Hand Release Push-Up
  • Box Jumps (20 in / 51 cm)

No equipment

No Equipment

  • Air Squats (instead of Sumo Deadlift High Pull)
  • Hand Release Push-Up
  • Stair Jumps or Tuck Jumps (instead of Box Jumps)

Warmup

  • 5 minutes light jog or jump rope
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 PVC Pipe Pass-Throughs
  • 5 Inch Worms with Push-Up

Cooldown

  • 5 minutes walking
  • 1 minute Samson Stretch each side
  • 1 minute Child’s Pose
  • 1 minute Forward Fold
