  • 10 Burpees Over the Dumbbell

Scaling

Beginner:

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (35/26 lb | 16/12 kg)
  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (20/15 lb | 9/7 kg)
  • 7 Burpees Over Dumbbell

Intermediate:

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb | 24/16 kg)
  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (35/25 lb | 16/11 kg)
