The workout of the day consists of:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 200m Run
- 20 Push-Ups
- 30 Sit-Ups
Scaling
Beginner:
- 100m run
- Incline push-ups
- 15 sit-ups Intermediate:
- 150m run
- Regular push-ups
- 20 sit-ups
No equipment
- If you can’t run, do 1 minute of high knees in place
- Do push-ups against a wall or table if needed
- Replace sit-ups with 30 crunches
Warmup
- 2 minutes jogging
- Arm circles
- Leg swings
- 3 rounds of 5 inchworms, 10 air squats, 5 lunges each leg
Cooldown
- 3 minutes walking
- 30 seconds stretch for each: calf, hamstring, quad, shoulder, tricep
