Mix up your routine with this dynamic workout that combines running, push-ups, and core work. Push your limits and see how many rounds you can complete in 15 minutes!

The workout of the day consists of:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 200m Run
  • 20 Push-Ups
  • 30 Sit-Ups

Scaling

Beginner:

  • 100m run
  • Incline push-ups
  • 15 sit-ups Intermediate:
  • 150m run
  • Regular push-ups
  • 20 sit-ups

No equipment

  • If you can’t run, do 1 minute of high knees in place
  • Do push-ups against a wall or table if needed
  • Replace sit-ups with 30 crunches

Warmup

  • 2 minutes jogging
  • Arm circles
  • Leg swings
  • 3 rounds of 5 inchworms, 10 air squats, 5 lunges each leg

Cooldown

  • 3 minutes walking
  • 30 seconds stretch for each: calf, hamstring, quad, shoulder, tricep
