Workout of the day

This one’s gonna set your legs on fire right from the start. We’ve added Box Jumps to mix things up and spike your heart rate even more. Let’s hit it hard and get through these movements with solid form!

The workout of the day consists of:

For Time:

  • 40 Walking Lunges
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Box Jumps (or Step-Ups)
  • 10 Leg Raises

Scaling

Beginners:

  • Walking Lunges: Reduce to 20 reps
  • Burpees: Modify to Up-Downs (no push-up)
  • Box Jumps: Modify to Step-Ups
  • Leg Raises: Bend Knees for Toe Taps to Floor

Intermediates:

  • Walking Lunges: 30 reps
  • Burpees: 20 reps
  • Box Jumps: 15 reps
  • Leg Raises: 10 reps

Warmup

  • 400m Run or 2min Jump Rope
  • 10 Samson Stretch (each side)
  • 10 Walking Lunges (each side)
  • 10 Burpees

Cooldown

  • 1 min Forward Fold Stretch
  • 1 min Quad Stretch (each side)
  • 1 min Calf Stretch (each side)
