The workout of the day consists of:
5 Rounds for Time: - 30 Dumbbell Swings (50 lbs/22.5 kg) - 20 Burpees - 25 V-Ups
Scaling
Beginners: - 20 Dumbbell Swings (25 lbs/11 kg) - 15 Burpees - 15 V-Ups Intermediates: - 25 Dumbbell Swings (35 lbs/16 kg) - 20 Burpees - 20 V-Ups
No equipment
No Equipment: - 30 Backpack Swings - 20 Burpees - 25 Crunches
Warmup
- 400m jog or 2 minutes of high knees - 10 arm circles each direction - 10 leg swings each direction - 10 air squats - 10 inchworms
Cooldown
- 400m walk - Stretch hamstrings: 30 seconds each side - Stretch quads: 30 seconds each side - Child’s pose: 1 minute - Shoulder stretch: 30 seconds each side
