- 10 V-Ups
Scaling
Beginners:
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Tuck-ups Intermediates:
- 12 Burpees
- 10 V-Ups RX Athletes:
- 15 Burpees
- 10 V-Ups
No equipment
No equipment:
- 15 Jumping Jacks instead of Burpees
- 10 Tuck-ups instead of V-Ups without a pull-up bar
Warmup
5-minute easy jog or row
- Dynamic stretches (leg swings, arm circles)
- 2 rounds of 10 air squats, 10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups
Cooldown
5-minute walk or slow row
- Stretches (hamstrings, shoulders, and core)
- 3 rounds of 30-second child’s pose, 30-second cobra stretch
