Get ready to challenge both your cardio and core! This workout combines burpees and a core movement for a full-body burn.

The workout of the day consists of:

10 rounds for time of:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 10 V-Ups

Scaling

Beginners:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Tuck-ups Intermediates:
  • 12 Burpees
  • 10 V-Ups RX Athletes:
  • 15 Burpees
  • 10 V-Ups

No equipment

No equipment:

  • 15 Jumping Jacks instead of Burpees
  • 10 Tuck-ups instead of V-Ups without a pull-up bar

Warmup

5-minute easy jog or row

  • Dynamic stretches (leg swings, arm circles)
  • 2 rounds of 10 air squats, 10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups

Cooldown

5-minute walk or slow row

  • Stretches (hamstrings, shoulders, and core)
  • 3 rounds of 30-second child’s pose, 30-second cobra stretch
