Workout of the day

Let’s mix explosive power, core strength, and cardio in one streamlined workout. You’re in for some jumps, sit-ups, and sprints. Push yourself to get a great time!

The workout of the day consists of:

  • 5 rounds for time:
  • 5 Standing Broad Jumps (replacing distance with a set number of reps)
  • 20 Sit-Ups
  • 200 meters Run

Scaling

  • Beginners: Reduce to 3 rounds, do knee raises instead of sit-ups, run 100 meters
  • Intermediate: 4 rounds, regular sit-ups, run 150 meters
  • RX: As prescribed

No equipment

  • Jumps: Tuck Jumps
  • Sit-Ups: Crunches
  • Run: High Knees in place for 1 minute

Warmup

  • 3 rounds of:
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 30 seconds of Plank
  • Stretch: Hamstrings, Quads, Shoulders

Cooldown

  • Walk for 5 minutes
  • Stretch: Hamstrings, Calves, Lower back
