Today’s workout is all about balancing pushing and pulling movements for an all-around challenge. Let’s get into it and have fun!

The workout of the day consists of:

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 20 Goblet Squats (35/25 lb or 16/12 kg)
  • 15 Body Rows
  • 10 Ring Dips

Scaling

Scale Options:

  • Goblet Squats: Reduce weight or perform Air Squats
  • Body Rows: Adjust the angle to make them easier or harder
  • Ring Dips: Perform Bench Dips if rings are not available

No equipment

No Equipment Alternatives:

  • Goblet Squats: Use a heavy household item or perform Air Squats
  • Body Rows: Perform Bent Over Rows with a household item
  • Ring Dips: Perform regular push-ups or chair dips

Warmup

Warm-up (6 minutes):

  • 2 minutes easy jog or jump rope
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Arm Circles (each arm)
  • 10 Leg Swings (each leg)
  • 5 Inch Worms

Cooldown

Cooldown (5 minutes):

  • 1 minute Forward Fold
  • 1 minute Child’s Pose
  • 1 minute Shoulder Stretch (each arm)
  • 1 minute Quad Stretch (each leg)
