The workout of the day consists of:
3 Rounds for Time:
- 15 Hand Release Push-Ups
- 20 Sit-Ups
- 25 Air Squats
Scaling
Beginners:
- Hand-Release Push-Ups: Perform on knees
- Sit-Ups: Reduce to 15 reps
- Air Squats: Depth as comfortable Intermediates:
- Hand-Release Push-Ups: Perform regular
- Sit-Ups: Perform regular
- Air Squats: Perform to full depth
No equipment
Hand-Release Push-Ups:
- Regular push-ups or knee push-ups Sit-Ups:
- Crunches or leg raises Air Squats:
- Chair squats or lunges
Warmup
- 5 min light jog or jump rope
- Dynamic stretches: leg swings, arm circles, torso twists
- 10 inchworms
Cooldown
- 5 min walk
- Stretching: hamstrings, quads, chest, shoulders
