Workout of the day

This one’s gonna get your heart racing. You’ll push through double-unders and dumbbell snatches for 10 minutes straight. Stay focused and keep moving.

The workout of the day consists of:

10-Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):

  • 30 Double-Unders
  • 15 Dumbbell Snatches (Alternating) – RX: 50 lb / 35 lb (22.5 kg / 15 kg)

Scaling

Scaling Options:

  • Double-Unders: Scale to 60 Single-Unders or 30 Line Jumps
  • Dumbbell Snatches: Reduce Weight to 25 lb / 15 lb (11 kg / 7 kg) or use Kettlebell Snatches

No equipment

No Equipment Alternatives:

  • Line Jumps Instead of Double-Unders
  • 15 Burpees Instead of Dumbbell Snatches

Warmup

5-Minute Warmup:

  • 400m Run or 2-Minute High Knees
  • 10 Arm Circles (Each Direction)
  • 10 Leg Swings (Each Leg)
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Samson Stretches (Each Side)

Cooldown

5-Minute Cooldown:

  • 2-Minute Forward Fold
  • 1-Minute Child’s Pose
  • 1-Minute Cow Stretch
  • 1-Minute Pigeon Pose (Each Side)
  • 1-Minute Calf Stretch (Each Side)
