Workout of the day

Today’s workout combines strength and gymnastics for a balanced, challenging session. Get ready to push your limits!

The workout of the day consists of:

30-20-10 reps:

  • Dumbbell Squat Snatch (35lbs/50lbs or 15kg/22.5kg)
  • Bar Muscle-Ups

Scaling

  • Scale the bar muscle-ups to jumping pull-ups or chest-to-bar pull-ups.
  • Use a lighter weight for the dumbbell squat snatches or reduce the reps if needed.

No equipment

  • No dumbbells? Use a backpack filled with books for the squat snatches.
  • If you can’t do bar muscle-ups, try doing push-ups or get creative with a sturdy broomstick across two chairs for bar pull-ups.

Warmup

  • 3 Rounds:
    • 10 PVC Pipe Pass-Throughs
    • 10 Air Squats
    • 5 Inch Worms

Cooldown

  • 3 Rounds:
    • 5 Cat-Cow Stretches
    • 30 sec Child’s Pose
    • 30 sec Pigeon Pose (each side)
