Get ready to challenge your strength and stamina with this full-body workout. It’s got a bit of everything to keep you on your toes.

The workout of the day consists of:

3 rounds for time of:

  • 15 Power Clean and Jerks (135 lb / 95 lb or 60 kg / 42.5 kg)
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24 inches / 20 inches)
  • 15 Dumbbell Thrusters (50 lb / 35 lb or 22.5 kg / 15 kg)

Scaling

For beginners:

  • 15 Power Clean and Jerks (75 lb / 55 lb or 35 kg / 25 kg)
  • 15 Burpee Step Overs (use a lower height if needed)
  • 15 Dumbbell Thrusters (20 lb / 15 lb or 10 kg / 7.5 kg)

No equipment? No problem.

  • 15 Towel Clean and Jerks (use a towel and mimic the movement)
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Air Squats

Warmup

  • 400m Run
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 PVC Pass-Throughs
  • 10 Lunges
  • 5 Inch Worms

Cooldown

  • 400m Walk
  • Couch Stretch (1 min each side)
  • Pigeon Stretch (1 min each side)
  • Butterfly Stretch (1 min)
  • Child’s Pose (1 min)
