- 20 Leg Raises
- 20 Mountain Climbers
- 20 Russian Twists (10 per side)
- 20 V-Ups
Scaling
Beginners:
- 15 Sit-Ups
- 15 Leg Raises
- 15 Mountain Climbers
- 15 Russian Twists
- 15 V-Ups
Intermediate:
- 18 Sit-Ups
- 18 Leg Raises
- 18 Mountain Climbers
- 18 Russian Twists
- 18 V-Ups
RX:
- As written
No equipment
No equipment? No problem! Use your bodyweight.
- Sit-Ups: Use a towel for support if needed.
- Leg Raises: Hold onto a sturdy chair for support.
- Mountain Climbers: Use a non-slip surface.
- Russian Twists: Hold a water bottle or canned food.
- V-Ups: Do tuck-ins if V-Ups are too difficult.
Warmup
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Arm Circles (each direction)

- 5 Inch Worms
Cooldown
- 1-minute Child’s Pose
- 1-minute Seated Forward Fold
