Workout of the day

It’s the last day of 2025! Let’s finish strong with a 15-minute AMRAP that challenges your upper body, explosiveness, and core.

The workout of the day consists of:

  • 10 Hand Release Push-Ups
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 10 V-Ups

Scaling

  • Hand Release Push-Ups: Scale to regular push-ups or knee push-ups
  • Box Jumps: Scale to step-ups
  • V-Ups: Scale to sit-ups

No equipment

  • Hand Release Push-Ups: Use regular push-ups
  • Box Jumps: Use a sturdy chair or a step
  • V-Ups: Do toe touches lying on the floor

Warmup

  • 3 min jog or jump rope
  • 10 arm circles forward
  • 10 arm circles backward
  • 10 hip circles each direction
  • 10 leg swings each leg

Cooldown

  • 3 min walk to cool down
  • 30 sec per side standing quad stretch
  • 30 sec per side hamstring stretch
  • 30 sec per side shoulder stretch
  • 30 sec cat-cow stretch
