It’s the last day of 2025! Let’s finish strong with a 15-minute AMRAP that challenges your upper body, explosiveness, and core.
The workout of the day consists of:
- 10 Hand Release Push-Ups
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 10 V-Ups
Scaling
- Hand Release Push-Ups: Scale to regular push-ups or knee push-ups
- Box Jumps: Scale to step-ups
- V-Ups: Scale to sit-ups
No equipment
- Hand Release Push-Ups: Use regular push-ups
- Box Jumps: Use a sturdy chair or a step
- V-Ups: Do toe touches lying on the floor
Warmup
- 3 min jog or jump rope
- 10 arm circles forward
- 10 arm circles backward
- 10 hip circles each direction
- 10 leg swings each leg
Cooldown
- 3 min walk to cool down
- 30 sec per side standing quad stretch
- 30 sec per side hamstring stretch
- 30 sec per side shoulder stretch
- 30 sec cat-cow stretch
