Workout of the day

Today, we’re mixing push-ups, burpees, and jumping into one intense workout. Let’s crank it up!

The workout of the day consists of:

3 rounds for time:

  • 15 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in | 60/50 cm)
  • 100 Single Unders

Scaling

  • Handstand Push-ups: Pike Push-ups or Elevated Push-ups
  • Burpee Box Jumps: Burpee Step-Ups
  • Single Unders: 50 Double Unders

No equipment

  • Strict Handstand Push-ups: Decline Push-ups using a chair
  • Burpee Box Jumps: Burpees with a jump onto a sturdy chair
  • Single Unders: High Knees

Warmup

  • 3 mins Jog or Jump Rope
  • 10 Arm Circles (each direction)
  • 10 Leg Swings (each leg)
  • 5 Inch Worms

Cooldown

  • 2 mins Wall Stretch (chest)
  • 1 min Child’s Pose
  • 1 min Pigeon Pose (each side)
  • 1 min Forward Fold
