Today, we’re mixing push-ups, burpees, and jumping into one intense workout. Let’s crank it up!
The workout of the day consists of:
3 rounds for time:
- 15 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in | 60/50 cm)
- 100 Single Unders
Scaling
- Handstand Push-ups: Pike Push-ups or Elevated Push-ups
- Burpee Box Jumps: Burpee Step-Ups
- Single Unders: 50 Double Unders
No equipment
- Strict Handstand Push-ups: Decline Push-ups using a chair
- Burpee Box Jumps: Burpees with a jump onto a sturdy chair
- Single Unders: High Knees
Warmup
- 3 mins Jog or Jump Rope
- 10 Arm Circles (each direction)
- 10 Leg Swings (each leg)
- 5 Inch Worms
Cooldown
- 2 mins Wall Stretch (chest)
- 1 min Child’s Pose
- 1 min Pigeon Pose (each side)
- 1 min Forward Fold
