The workout of the day consists of:

For time:

  • 50 Push-Ups
  • 50 Air Squats

Scaling

Beginner:

  • 25 Push-Ups
  • 25 Air Squats

Intermediate:

  • 35 Push-Ups
  • 35 Air Squats

RX:

  • 50 Push-Ups
  • 50 Air Squats

No equipment

No Equipment:

  • 50 Push-Ups off a sturdy table or counter
  • 50 Bodyweight Squats

Warmup

  • 3 Rounds:
    • 10 Arm Circles (forward and backward)
    • 10 Leg Swings (each leg)
    • 10 Walking Lunges
  • Stretch:
    • Shoulder Stretch (30 seconds each side)
    • Hamstring Stretch (30 seconds each side)

Cooldown

  • Stretch:
    • Child’s Pose (1 minute)
    • Quad Stretch (30 seconds each side)
    • Chest Stretch (30 seconds each side)
