5 rounds for time of:
- 5 Power Clean and Jerks 115 lb (52 kg)
- 10 Handstand Push-Ups
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
Scaling
- Beginners:
- Power Clean and Jerks: 75 lb (34 kg)
- Handstand Push-Ups: Pike Push-Ups or regular Push-Ups
- Box Jumps: Step-Ups
- Intermediates:
- Power Clean and Jerks: 95 lb (43 kg)
- Handstand Push-Ups: Kip if needed
- RX Athletes: As prescribed
No equipment
- Power Clean and Jerks: Dumbbell Clean and Jerks or use heavy household items like a loaded backpack
- Handstand Push-Ups: Pike Push-Ups with feet elevated on a chair or bed
- Box Jumps: Jump onto a sturdy chair or step ups
Warmup
- 400m Run or 2 min Jog in place
- 10 Arm Circles Forward and Backward
- 10 Leg Swings Forward and Sideways

Cooldown
