The workout of the day consists of:

5 rounds for time of:

  • 5 Power Clean and Jerks 115 lb (52 kg)
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")

Scaling

  • Beginners:
    • Power Clean and Jerks: 75 lb (34 kg)
    • Handstand Push-Ups: Pike Push-Ups or regular Push-Ups
    • Box Jumps: Step-Ups
  • Intermediates:
    • Power Clean and Jerks: 95 lb (43 kg)
    • Handstand Push-Ups: Kip if needed
  • RX Athletes: As prescribed

No equipment

  • Power Clean and Jerks: Dumbbell Clean and Jerks or use heavy household items like a loaded backpack
  • Handstand Push-Ups: Pike Push-Ups with feet elevated on a chair or bed
  • Box Jumps: Jump onto a sturdy chair or step ups

Warmup

  • 400m Run or 2 min Jog in place
  • 10 Arm Circles Forward and Backward
  • 10 Leg Swings Forward and Sideways
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-Ups

Cooldown

  • 400m Walk or 2 min light jogging
  • 10 min Full Body Stretch
  • Hamstring Stretch
  • Shoulder Stretch
  • Quadriceps Stretch
