The workout of the day consists of:
4 rounds for time:
- 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95 lb / 43 kg)
- 20 Russian Kettlebell Swing (53 lb / 24 kg)
- 25 Double Unders
Scaling
For beginners:
- 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (55 lb / 25 kg)
- 20 Russian Kettlebell Swing (35 lb / 16 kg)
- 50 Single Unders
For intermediates:
- 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75 lb / 34 kg)
- 20 Russian Kettlebell Swing (44 lb / 20 kg)
- 30 Double Unders
No equipment
For no equipment:
- 15 Backpack Sumo Deadlift High Pull (loaded with books or cans)
- 20 Backpack Swings
- 50 High Knees each round
Warmup
- 3 min jump rope (easy pace)
- 2 rounds of:
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 PVC Pipe Pass-Throughs
- 10 Jumping Jacks
Cooldown
- 5 min slow walk
