Scaling

Beginners:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Sit-Ups

Intermediates:

  • 8 Burpees
  • 18 Jumping Squats
  • 12 V-Ups

Warmup

3 Rounds of:

  • 10 Arm Circles (5 each direction)
  • 10 Leg Swings (5 each leg)
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 5 Inchworms

Cooldown

  • Quad Stretch
  • Shoulder Stretch
