Workout of the day

Today’s 12-minute workout is all about pushing your limits. We’ve combined burpees, squats, and a run to keep your heart pounding till the very end.

The workout of the day consists of:

AMRAP 12:

  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 200m Run

Scaling

  1. Beginners:
  • 10 Burpee Box Step Overs
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 200m Run
  1. Intermediate:
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 200m Run
  1. RX: As listed above

No equipment

No Box? No problem:

  • 20 Burpees
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 200m Run

Warmup

  • 5 minutes light jog
  • 10 arm circles forward and backward
  • 10 leg swings each leg
  • 10 squats
  • 5 push-ups
  • 10 jumping jacks

Cooldown

  • 5 minutes walk
  • 10 triceps stretch (each side)
  • 10 quad stretch (each side)
  • 10 calf stretch (each side)
  • 10 deep breaths
