Today’s 12-minute workout is all about pushing your limits. We’ve combined burpees, squats, and a run to keep your heart pounding till the very end.
The workout of the day consists of:
AMRAP 12:
- 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 40 Air Squats
- 200m Run

- Beginners:
- 10 Burpee Box Step Overs
- 20 Air Squats
- 200m Run
- Intermediate:
- 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 30 Air Squats
- 200m Run
- RX: As listed above
No equipment
No Box? No problem:
- 20 Burpees
- 40 Air Squats
- 200m Run
Warmup
- 5 minutes light jog
- 10 arm circles forward and backward
- 10 leg swings each leg
- 10 squats
- 5 push-ups
- 10 jumping jacks
Cooldown
- 5 minutes walk
- 10 triceps stretch (each side)
- 10 quad stretch (each side)
- 10 calf stretch (each side)
- 10 deep breaths
