The workout of the day consists of:

3 rounds for time of:

  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 40 Russian Twists (20 each side)
  • 30 Bicycle Crunches
  • 20 Burpees

Scaling

  • Reduce reps by half
  • Substitute Jumping Jacks with Step Jacks

No equipment

  • Replace Russian Twists with seated twists without weight
  • Replace Bicycle Crunches with regular crunches
  • Replace Burpees with Squat to Calf Raise

Warmup

  • 2 min Jog in Place
  • Arm Circles
  • Leg Swings
  • 3 rounds of: 5 Push-ups, 10 Air Squats, 15 Sec Plank Pose

Cooldown

  • Child’s Pose
  • Thread the Needle Stretch
  • Seated Forward Bend
  • Standing Quad Stretch
