Today’s workout focuses on building strength and improving your technique. Stay sharp and keep your movements clean.

The workout of the day consists of:

  • 5 sets of 3 Hang Power Snatches at 65% of your 1RM

Scaling

  • Beginners: 5 sets of 5 Hang Power Snatches with empty barbell or PVC
  • Intermediate: 5 sets of 3 Hang Power Snatches at 50-60% of 1RM
  • RX: 5 sets of 3 Hang Power Snatches at 65% of 1RM

No equipment

  • For those without equipment: 5 sets of 10 jump squats

Warmup

  • 3 rounds of: 10 PVC pass-throughs, 10 overhead squats with PVC, 10 jumping jacks

Cooldown

  • 2 minutes of child’s pose, 2 minutes of seated forward fold
