Workout of the day

We’re mixing things up with a combination of endurance, skill, and strength. This workout will keep you on your toes and make you earn every rep. Let’s get after it!

The workout of the day consists of:

For Time:

  • 21 Barbell Thrusters (95/65 lb or 43/29 kg)
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 9 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb or 22.5/16 kg)
  • 50 Double Unders

Scaling

  • Thrusters: Use an empty barbell or dumbbells (15/10 lb or 7/5 kg)
  • Handstand Push-Ups: Pike Push-Ups or regular Push-Ups
  • Double Unders: Single Unders x2

No equipment

  • Thrusters: Use filled backpacks or any odd objects
  • Double Unders: High Knees in place
  • Snatches: Use a heavy backpack or any odd object

Warmup

3 Rounds Not For Time:

  • 5 Inch Worms
  • 10 PVC Pass-Throughs
  • 15 Air Squats

Cooldown

  • Stretch out your shoulders and triceps
  • Hold a deep squat for 1 minute
  • Pigeon pose, 1 min each side
