Workout of the day

Welcome to the Terrific Twenty EMOM! This workout is designed to keep you moving and push your limits. It’s a great balance of strength and cardio, perfect for all fitness levels. Get ready to sweat and have some fun!

The workout of the day consists of:

Do every minute on the minute through 20 minutes of:

  • 5 Pull-Ups
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 5 calorie Row or 5 calorie Assault Bike

Scaling

Pull-Ups: Assisted Pull-Ups or Ring Rows Push-Ups: Knee Push-Ups or Elevated Push-Ups Air Squats: Box Squats Calorie Row/Assault Bike: Adjust the calories to 3

No equipment

Pull-Ups: Bent Over Rows with household items (e.g., a backpack filled with books) Calories Row/Assault Bike: Substitute with Burpees (1 Burpee = 1 calorie)

Warmup

3 Rounds of:

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Arm Circles forward and backward
  • 10 Leg Swings per leg
  • 5 Inchworms
  • 10 Air Squats

Cooldown

3 Rounds of:

  • 60 seconds Forward Fold
  • 60 seconds Child’s Pose
  • 30 seconds per leg Figure 4 Stretch
  • 60 seconds Downward Dog
