Welcome to Saturday Sweatfest! Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of intense exercises. Scale the movements as needed and keep pushing through every rep.

The workout of the day consists of:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

  • 16 Walking Lunges (each leg)
  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups

Scaling

Walking Lunges: Perform stationary lunges if walking space is limited. Sit-ups: Decrease to 8 reps Pull-ups: Use a resistance band for assistance or perform jumping pull-ups

No equipment

Walking Lunges: Step-ups on a sturdy chair or bench Sit-ups: Crunches or tucks Pull-ups: Towel rows or bent-over rows with a backpack

Warmup

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Arm Circles (each direction)
  • 10 Leg Swings (each leg)
  • 10 Air Squats
  • Jog in place for 30 seconds

Cooldown

3 Rounds:

  • 30 seconds Forward Fold
  • 30 seconds Pigeon Pose (each leg)
  • 30 seconds Child’s Pose
