Get ready for the Climber’s Core Crusher! This bodyweight workout is all about building core strength and stamina. Perfect for those days when you want a challenging workout without any equipment.

The workout of the day consists of:

For time:

  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 50 Sit-Ups
  • 2 minutes Plank
  • 50 Sit-Ups
  • 50 Mountain Climbers

Scaling

  • Mountain Climbers: Reduce to 30 reps
  • Sit-Ups: Reduce to 30 reps or perform crunches
  • Plank: Reduce to 1 minute or do it on knees

No equipment

  • Mountain Climbers: High knees in place
  • Sit-Ups: Crunches
  • Plank: Wall Plank or Plank on knees

Warmup

  • 3-minute light jog or jump rope
  • Dynamic stretches: leg swings, arm circles, trunk twists
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Lunges (5 per leg)

Cooldown

  • 3-5 minutes of walking to bring heart rate down
  • Static stretches: hamstring stretch, quad stretch, calf stretch
  • 1-minute Child’s Pose
  • 1-minute Cobra Pose
