The workout of the day consists of:
For time:
- 50 Mountain Climbers
- 50 Sit-Ups
- 2 minutes Plank
- 50 Sit-Ups
- 50 Mountain Climbers
Scaling
- Mountain Climbers: Reduce to 30 reps
- Sit-Ups: Reduce to 30 reps or perform crunches
- Plank: Reduce to 1 minute or do it on knees
No equipment
- Mountain Climbers: High knees in place
- Sit-Ups: Crunches
- Plank: Wall Plank or Plank on knees
Warmup
- 3-minute light jog or jump rope
- Dynamic stretches: leg swings, arm circles, trunk twists
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Lunges (5 per leg)
Cooldown
- 3-5 minutes of walking to bring heart rate down
- Static stretches: hamstring stretch, quad stretch, calf stretch
- 1-minute Child’s Pose
- 1-minute Cobra Pose
