Hey team, today’s WOD is a real test of your overall body strength, power, and explosive movements. Let’s dig deep and go hard for 15 minutes. We want to maximize our rounds, so pace yourself and keep pushing. Ready, set, thrive!
The workout of the day consists of:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 10 Hand Release Push-Ups
- 10 Box Jumps
- 10 Lateral Hops
Scaling
- Replace Hand Release Push-Ups with Knee Push-Ups
- Use a lower box or step for the Box Jumps
- Replace Lateral Hops with Step-Overs if needed
No equipment
- Replace Box Jumps with Tuck Jumps or Stair Jumps
- Use a sturdy chair or bench for Box Jumps
Warmup
- Jog in place for 3 minutes
- 10 Arm Circles (each direction)
- 10 Leg Swings (each leg)
- 10 Bodyweight Squats
- 5 Inch Worms
Cooldown
- 3-Minute Easy Jog
- Stretch Quads - 30 seconds each side
- Stretch Hamstrings - 30 seconds each side
- Stretch Shoulders - 30 seconds each side
- Child’s Pose - 1 minute
