The workout of the day consists of:

5 rounds for time of: 5-4-3-2-1

  • Kettlebell Swing (53 lbs / 24 kg)
  • Hang Power Clean (95 lbs / 43 kg)
  • Shoulder Press (75 lbs / 34 kg)
  • Front Squat (95 lbs / 43 kg)
  • Kettlebell Snatch (53 lbs / 24 kg)

Scaling

  1. Kettlebell Swing: Scale down to 35 lbs / 16 kg
  2. Hang Power Clean: Scale down to 65 lbs / 29 kg
  3. Shoulder Press: Scale down to 55 lbs / 25 kg
  4. Front Squat: Scale down to 65 lbs / 29 kg
  5. Kettlebell Snatch: Scale down to 35 lbs / 16 kg

No equipment

  1. Kettlebell Swing: Dumbbell Swings or Backpack Swings
  2. Hang Power Clean: Dumbbell Power Clean or Backpack Cleans
  3. Shoulder Press: Dumbbell Shoulder Press or Water Bottle Press
  4. Front Squat: Dumbbell Squats or Bodyweight Squats
  5. Kettlebell Snatch: Dumbbell Snatch or Backpack Snatch

Warmup

Cooldown

  1. 400m Walk
