- Shoulder Press (75 lbs / 34 kg)
- Front Squat (95 lbs / 43 kg)
- Kettlebell Snatch (53 lbs / 24 kg)
Scaling
- Kettlebell Swing: Scale down to 35 lbs / 16 kg
- Hang Power Clean: Scale down to 65 lbs / 29 kg
- Shoulder Press: Scale down to 55 lbs / 25 kg
- Front Squat: Scale down to 65 lbs / 29 kg
- Kettlebell Snatch: Scale down to 35 lbs / 16 kg
No equipment
- Kettlebell Swing: Dumbbell Swings or Backpack Swings
