The workout of the day consists of:

For time:

  • 100 Deadlifts (221 lb / 111 lb)

Scaling

  1. Deadlifts:
  • Beginners: 135 lb / 95 lb (61 kg / 43 kg)
  • Intermediate: 185 lb / 125 lb (84 kg / 57 kg)

No equipment

For those without equipment:

  1. Deadlifts: Using a heavy backpack or duffle bag

Warmup

3 Rounds: 10 PVC Pipe Pass-Throughs 10 Air Squats 10 Scapula Pull-Ups 5 Inchworms to Push-Up

Cooldown

3 Rounds:

  • 30 seconds Child’s Pose
  • 30 seconds Forward Fold
  • 30 seconds Thread the Needle (each side)
  • 30 seconds Seated Forward Fold
