Get ready for a thrilling workout that will push your limits with 100 burpees! This session will test your endurance and strength, focusing on full-body movements designed to challenge and invigorate you. Let’s have fun and get moving!

The workout of the day consists of:

For time: 100 Burpees

Scaling

  1. For beginners: 50 Burpees
  2. For intermediates: 75 Burpees
  3. For those with knee issues: Replace Burpees with 50 Step-ups and 50 Air Squat

No equipment

No equipment required :-)

Warmup

  1. 3 minutes of Jumping Jacks
  2. 2 minutes of Arm Circles (1 minute each direction)
  3. 2 minutes of High Knees
  4. 5 minutes of dynamic stretching focusing on the shoulders and legs
  5. 10 Burpees (easy pace to get the body ready)

Cooldown

  1. 5 minutes of walking to bring the heart rate down
  2. 3 minutes of static stretching for the chest, shoulders, quads, and hamstrings
  3. 2 minutes of deep breathing exercises
