The workout of the day consists of:
5 Rounds for Time:
- 50-40-30-20-10 Reps
- Dumbbell Thruster (20 lb / 9 kg, 14 lb / 6 kg)
- Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (24 in, 20 in)
Cash-out:
- 50 Sit-ups
Scaling
Scale Options:
- Reduce weights for Thrusters: 15 lb / 10 lb (7 kg / 5 kg)
- Reduce box height for Step-Ups: 20 in / 16 in
- Reduce reps if needed: 30-25-20-15-10
No equipment
Alternatives for those without equipment:
- Thrusters: Air Squats + Shoulder Press (with water bottles or books)
- Box Step-Ups: Step-Ups on household stairs or sturdy chair
- Jump Rope: High Knees
