Workout of the day

Welcome to “Twisted Tuesday Tenacity,” a high-intensity challenge designed to kick your week into high gear! Today’s workout consists of 10 thrilling rounds, each featuring 7 Burpees to elevate your heart rate, 7 Knees to Elbows to sculpt your core, and 7 Dumbbell Thrusters to build strength across your entire body. Push through each round with determination and watch as your endurance and power soar. Grab your gear, set your timer, and let’s dominate this day with tenacity!

The workout of the day consists of:

10 rounds for time of:

  • 7 Burpees
  • 7 Knees to Elbows
  • 7 Dumbbell Thrusters

Scaling

Beginners:

  • Reduce rounds to 5
  • Perform Knee Raises instead of Knees to Elbows Intermediate:
  • Reduce weight for Dumbbell Thrusters RX:
  • As prescribed, aim to maintain unbroken sets

No equipment

Without Equipment:

  • Replace Dumbbell Thrusters with Jump Squats
  • Perform Sit-ups instead of Knees to Elbows if a pull-up bar is not available

Warmup

3 rounds of:

  • 30 seconds Jumping Jacks
  • 30 seconds Air Squats
  • 30 seconds Alternating Lunges
  • 30 seconds Arm Circles (15 seconds each direction)

Cooldown

3 rounds of:

  • 30 seconds Pigeon Pose (each side)
  • 30 seconds Butterfly Stretch
  • 30 seconds Child’s Pose
  • 30 seconds Overhead Tricep Stretch (each arm)
