No equipment

Without equipment: Odd Minutes: 15 Hand Release Push-Ups Even Minutes: 15 Inverted Rows using a sturdy table or two chairs and a broomstick.

Warmup

10 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible):

  • 30 seconds Jumping Jacks
  • 10 PVC Pass Throughs
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 5 Inchworms with a Push-Up
  • 30 seconds Plank Hold

Cooldown
