The workout of the day consists of:

Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 8 minutes: 5 Pull-Ups

Scaling

Scaled version:

  1. Ring rows: EMOM for 8 minutes or
  2. Assisted pull-ups with a band: EMOM for 8 minutes

No equipment

For those without equipment:

  1. Doorframe rows: EMOM for 8 minutes or
  2. Towel pull-ups: EMOM for 8 minutes

Warmup

Warmup:

  1. Arm circles: 10 forward, 10 backward
  2. Inch worms: 5 reps
  3. Jumping jacks: 20 reps
  4. Lat stretch: 30 seconds each side
  5. Scapular pull-ups: 10 reps

Cooldown

Cooldown:

  1. Chest stretch against wall: 30 seconds each side
  2. Lat stretch: 30 seconds each side
  3. Shoulder pass-throughs: 10 reps
  4. Downward dog: 1 minute
  5. Cobra stretch: 30 seconds
