The workout of the day consists of:
Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 8 minutes: 5 Pull-Ups
Scaling
Scaled version:
- Ring rows: EMOM for 8 minutes or
- Assisted pull-ups with a band: EMOM for 8 minutes
No equipment
For those without equipment:
- Doorframe rows: EMOM for 8 minutes or
- Towel pull-ups: EMOM for 8 minutes
Warmup
Warmup:
- Arm circles: 10 forward, 10 backward
- Inch worms: 5 reps
- Jumping jacks: 20 reps
- Lat stretch: 30 seconds each side
- Scapular pull-ups: 10 reps
Cooldown
Cooldown:
- Chest stretch against wall: 30 seconds each side
- Lat stretch: 30 seconds each side
- Shoulder pass-throughs: 10 reps
- Downward dog: 1 minute
- Cobra stretch: 30 seconds
