The workout of the day consists of:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of: 5 Wall Climb 10 Back Extensions 20 Standing Broad Jump

Scaling

Scaled Version for Beginners: 5 Modified Wall Climbs or Walk-ups 10 Supermans 20 Squat Jumps

Intermediate Option: 5 Halfway Wall Climbs 10 Good Mornings with a light barbell (15 lbs / 7 kg) 20 Standing Broad Jump with reduced distance

Rx (as prescribed) No changes.

No equipment

For those without equipment or outside: 5 Wall Climbs: Perform inchworms or plank shoulder taps. 10 Back Extensions: Perform lying back raises (Supermans). 20 Standing Broad Jump: Replace with squat jumps or frog jumps.

Warmup

3 rounds of: 30 seconds Jumping Jacks 10 Air Squats 5 Push-ups 30 seconds Arm Circles (15 seconds each direction) 30 seconds Wrist Stretch 30 seconds of Cat-Cow Stretch
